Shipping, Handling, and Returns/Exchanges

 

Your order will be securely packaged and shipped to you within five business days. You should expect to receive the package within 8 to 10 days if you live within the United States. International shipping estimates will vary greatly due to security and customs regulation in various nations. Therefore, no estimate can be accurately stated for international delivery times. All shipping and handling expenses are included in the purchase price.

 

Should you be unhappy with your order, contact Cooper at cooper@cooperpumphrey.com within 14 days of receiving it. He will tell you how to return the art work and will refund your purchase price when the work is returned- NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Just remember: I'm an artist offering my work directly to you. I have no middle man or other employees. So, as long as you contact me within 14 days of receiving your art, you WILL receive your refund after you return the work.
